Breanne is a graduate of the University of Michigan and attended law school at the Vermont Law School in South Royalton, Vermont. Following law school, Breanne began in Bay County doing family law and criminal defense work, as well as being appointed to the court’s guardian ad litem list for the county. Breanne later moved on to serve the residents of Tuscola County in the Prosecutor’s Office working as the Domestic Violence Assistant Prosecutor.
Concurrent with that position, Breanne also worked for a non-profit organization, serving Tuscola, Huron, and Sanilac counties. In this position she served victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and child abuse/neglect with their family law and personal protection order needs. Breanne has since joined the firm of Gerkin & Decker and continues in her passion of family law.
